Aluminum’s porous surface (especially anodized) needs film with controlled tack—too sticky and it leaves residue; too loose and it peels. Guangdayuan’s PE Self-Adhesive Film solves this.
We offer three tailored tack levels: 80-100g/in for smooth aluminum, 120-150g/in for anodized, and 180-200g/in for mill-finished metal. The HIT-co-developed acrylic glue is cross-linked to avoid seepage into pores, and we cure it at 60℃ for 48 hours to ensure 6 months of reliable adhesion. The 30μm-thick PE base resists 45℃ desert heat and wind abrasion.
