Air Tunnels Trapped Under Your Black and White Film? Here’s Why Micro-Ventilation Matters
Material & Craft
Air tunnels or bubbles trapped under PE black and white film after lamination occur because ordinary films lack proper air-escape channels. As the film is applied, air becomes sealed between the adhesive and substrate, forming long bubble tunnels that manual pressing cannot remove. Guangdayuan solves this with micro-ventilation groove technology, developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology, using premium raw materials from Toray and SKC.
