Guangdayuan’s long-life PE self-adhesive film uses a HIT-co-developed formulation combining hindered phenol antioxidants with high-purity virgin PE resin. The cross-linked acrylic adhesive is cured through a controlled process to stabilize its molecular structure, ensuring clean release even after extended storage.

Guangdayuan‘s aging-resistant PE self-adhesive film is engineered for long-term inventory protection. With over twenty years of expertise and premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo, our film is produced in a sixteen-thousand-square-meter automated facility under ISO nine thousand and ISO fourteen thousand standards. Every roll undergoes accelerated aging testing to verify stability before shipment.

Product Parameters

Thickness range from forty to one hundred twenty micrometers, width up to eighteen hundred millimeters, and shelf life exceeding twenty-four months under standard storage conditions of twenty to twenty-five degrees Celsius and forty to fifty percent relative humidity. Adhesion retention after two years exceeds eighty-five percent of initial value, with anti-yellowing performance passing accelerated weathering tests. Adhesion is customizable from five to three hundred grams per inch.
