Saw Blade Grabbing and Tearing Your Protective Film During Cutting? Guangdayuan's Tear-Resistant Aluminum PE Film Stays Intact
Material & Craft
Aluminum PE protective film that is grabbed and torn by saw blades during cutting suffers from insufficient tensile strength and tear resistance in ordinary films. Standard polyethylene lacks the reinforcement needed to withstand high-speed mechanical forces. Guangdayuan's tear-resistant aluminum PE protective film incorporates a high-molecular-weight PE resin blend with enhanced molecular chain orientation. Developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology, this formulation significantly improves both tensile strength and tear propagation resistance, enabling the film to withstand sawing forces without failure.
