Product Characteristic

PE mesh protective film that molds and blackens inside high-temperature, high-humidity shipping containers suffers from fungal growth on the adhesive or mesh grooves. This damages product appearance and risks rejection. Guangdayuan’s anti-mold PE mesh protective film incorporates food-grade fungicide additives throughout the formulation. Developed with premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo, our film passes ASTM G21 mold resistance testing, ensuring zero fungal growth even in tropical shipping conditions.

Thickness range: 50μm to 120μm. Width: up to 1800mm. Mold resistance: ASTM G21 rating 0 (no growth). Temperature/humidity endurance: up to 60°C / 95% RH for 90 days. Adhesion: customizable from 5g/in to 300g/in. The film passes ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification.
