“Residue ruined my plastic electronics cases!” A Kuwait supplier’s $700 loss—generic anti-static film’s glue reacted with ABS plastic, leaving sticky marks that attracted dust and ruined the finish. For plastic products (electronics cases, PVC pipes, plastic panels), residue glue is a nightmare because plastic’s porous surface traps glue molecules, making cleanup nearly impossible.
Guangdayuan’s Anti-Static PE Film solves this with a low-tack (80-100g/in) acrylic glue that’s compatible with all plastic types (ABS, PVC, PP, PE). The glue’s non-reactive formula won’t chemically bond with plastic, and its anti-static properties (surface resistance 10⁶-10⁹ Ω/sq) repel dust, avoiding glue-dust buildup. Our 16,000㎡ factory uses virgin PE resin (no recycled plastic) to prevent impurities that cause glue reactions, and we cure the film at 50℃ for 72 hours to lock in adhesion without residue.
In tests on plastic electronics cases stored for 4 months, our film peeled clean—no marks, no dust attraction. A Riyadh electronics client shared: “Our plastic cases look brand-new when unpacked—no more reworking or replacements.” The film’s 30μm thickness resists tearing during handling, and its custom-cut options fit small electronics cases to large plastic pipes.
