Aluminum profiles (anodized, painted, or powder-coated) need film that balances adhesion and gentleness: too sticky damages finishes, too weak peels mid-transit. The solution? Guangdayuan’s PE Self-Adhesive Film offers 3 tack options for aluminum: low-tack (80-100g/in) for fresh powder coats, medium-tack (120-150g/in) for anodized surfaces, and high-tack (180-200g/in) for mill-finished aluminum. The HIT-co-developed acrylic glue cures at 60℃ for 48 hours, avoiding tack creep that causes permanent bonding. We add 2% anti-oxidants to prevent the film from yellowing and staining aluminum during long storage.
Our 30μm-thick PE base resists tearing from sharp aluminum edges, and the film maintains <1% shrinkage in 45℃ heat—no warping that lifts edges.
