Product Characteristic

PE blue protective film that fades, chalking or turning white after short-term outdoor exposure is suffering from UV degradation. Ordinary blue pigments break down under sunlight, losing color and surface integrity. Guangdayuan’s UV-stable PE blue protective film incorporates high-performance UV absorbers and light stabilizers. Developed with premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo, our film maintains color stability after 3 months of outdoor exposure.

Full Specification Parameters

Thickness range: 40μm to 120μm. Width: up to 1800mm. UV resistance: ΔE < 2 after 500 hours QUV testing (ASTM G154). Color stability: 3 months outdoor without chalking. Adhesion: customizable from 10g/in to 500g/in. The film passes ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification.
