Film Fused to Powder Coating After Curing? Switch to Guangdayuan‘s Heat-Release Aluminum PE Film
Material & Craft
When PE protective film becomes permanently bonded to powder-coated aluminum after curing, the adhesive has chemically cross-linked with the coating — essentially welding the film to the surface. Ordinary films lack heat-release properties. Guangdayuan solves this with thermally reversible adhesive technology. Developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology, our adhesive maintains bond strength during coating but automatically weakens above 150°C, releasing cleanly after curing.
