Burrs and sharp edges on die-cut PE electronic protective film occur when conventional slitting leaves rough, unsealed cut lines. These micro-fibers and jagged edges scratch operator fingers and contaminate cleanroom environments. Guangdayuan solves this with post-die heat-sealing technology, developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology. The process melts and rounds cut edges instantly after slitting.
