Company logo transfer from PE blue protective film to products during high-temperature processes occurs because ordinary inks lack heat stability. Standard inks soften and migrate when exposed to oven temperatures above 60°C. Guangdayuan solves this with UV-cured, heat-resistant ink technology, developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology. The ink cross-links permanently during curing, resisting migration even at elevated temperatures.

Performance Features

Unlike ordinary printed films that leave ghost logos on baked parts, Guangdayuan‘s heat-resistant ink stays on the film. No transfer, no surface contamination, no customer rejection. The ink also resists scratching and alcohol wiping.

Guangdayuan’s heat-stable PE blue protective film features high-temperature resistant logo printing. With over 20 years of expertise, we produce this non-transfer film in our 16,000㎡ automated facility under ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards using premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo.

Product Parameters

Thickness range: 40μm to 120μm. Width: up to 1800mm. Ink heat resistance: up to 100°C for 2 hours with zero transfer. Adhesion: customizable from 10g/in to 500g/in. Alternative options: laser marking available for zero-ink applications.

Application Range

This non-transfer PE blue film is specifically designed for powder coating lines, home appliance baking processes, automotive part curing, and any high-temperature finishing — where branded protection is required without contaminating the finished product.
