PE electrostatic film edges naturally attract airborne lint and fibers due to concentrated static charge at cut points. This contamination drops onto sensitive surfaces, polluting cleanroom environments and optical components. Guangdayuan’s PE electrostatic film features proprietary anti-static edge treatment combined with precision trimming. Developed with premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo, our film reduces edge static accumulation and minimizes particle attraction.

Thickness range: 30μm to 100μm. Width: up to 1800mm. Edge static decay time: <2 seconds (FTMS 101C). Surface resistance: 10⁶-10⁹Ω. Particle generation: Class 100 cleanroom compatible. The film passes ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification and is slit in controlled environments.
