Fine wavy or ripple patterns visible through PE self-adhesive film applied to glass are caused by uneven adhesive coating thickness. Ordinary coating methods produce micro-thickness variations that refract light differently, creating visible optical distortions. Guangdayuan’s PE self-adhesive film uses precision reverse gravure coating with real-time thickness feedback. Developed with premium raw materials from Toray and SKC, our adhesive layer is optically flat — no ripples, no stripes, perfectly clear visibility.

Thickness range: 40μm to 100μm. Width: up to 1800mm. Coating thickness tolerance: ±1.5μm (standard films: ±5μm). Optical distortion: none visible under 1000 lux. Adhesion: customizable from 5g/in to 300g/in. The film passes ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification. Produced in our 16,000㎡ automated facility.
