Product Characteristic

When PE mesh protective film is applied to incompletely cured UV coatings, the mesh pattern can become permanently embedded as the coating hardens around it. Ordinary films lack release properties for reactive surfaces. Guangdayuan’s UV-compatible PE mesh protective film features a specialized low-residue adhesive with no chemical affinity for UV-cured systems. Developed with premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo, our film releases cleanly even from tacky or semi-cured coatings.

Thickness range: 50μm to 120μm. Width: up to 1800mm. Mesh depth: shallow 15μm design minimizes pattern depth. Adhesion: low (3g/in to 30g/in) for UV-sensitive surfaces. Release property: compatible with UV, PU, and epoxy coatings. The film passes ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification.
