Mesh Marks Visible on High-Gloss Black Plastic? Switch to Guangdayuan‘s Soft-Substrate PE Mesh Film
Material & Craft
Visible mesh pattern transfer from PE mesh protective film onto high-gloss black plastic occurs when mesh grooves are too deep or the adhesive layer is too hard for soft substrates. The pressure deforms the plastic surface, leaving permanent grid marks. Guangdayuan solves this with shallow-depth mesh technology (12μm grooves) combined with a soft, pressure-distributing adhesive layer. Developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology using premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo, our mesh design protects without imprinting.
