Sucker Marks (Ring Halos) on Your High-Gloss PC? Try Guangdayuan‘s Sucker-Free PE Electrostatic Film
Material & Craft
Circular halo marks (sucker marks) on high-gloss PC sheets after PE electrostatic film application are caused by vacuum suction cups used during film manufacturing or winding. Ordinary production lines use suction holders that leave permanent ring impressions on soft, glossy surfaces. Guangdayuan eliminates this with sucker-free winding technology. Developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology, our production line uses edge-gripping rollers and air-shaft winding — no suction cups ever contact the film surface.
