Product Characteristic

Standard PE self-adhesive film loses tack below freezing because its adhesive reaches the glass transition temperature (Tg), becoming stiff and non-flowing. This is a material limitation, not necessarily a defect. Guangdayuan‘s low-temperature PE self-adhesive film uses a specially formulated soft-segment polymer with a Tg below -20°C. Developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology, it remains tacky and workable even in freezing warehouses.

Thickness range: 40μm to 100μm. Width: up to 1800mm. Minimum application temperature: -15°C. Adhesion retention at 0°C: >85% of room temperature value. Operating range: -15°C to 60°C. The film passes ISO9001 certification. Produced in our 16,000㎡ facility using premium raw materials from Toray and SKC.
