Product Characteristic

Roller marks or regular patterned impressions transferred from PE white protective film to mirror-finish aluminum surfaces are caused by rough film manufacturing rollers. Ordinary films use standard rollers that leave visible patterns on high-gloss metals. Guangdayuan’s PE white protective film is produced using mirror-finished rolling cylinder with surface roughness Ra < 0.1μm. Developed with premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo, our film transfers zero texture — leaving your mirror aluminum perfectly flawless.

Thickness range: 40μm to 120μm. Width: up to 2000mm. Film surface roughness: Ra < 0.1μm (mirror-grade). Roller mark transfer: none detectable under 10x magnification. Adhesion: customizable from 10g/in to 400g/in. The film passes ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification. Produced in our 16,000㎡ automated facility.
