Product Characteristic

When PE protective film is left on aluminum profiles during spray coating and curing, ordinary film adhesives can cross-link with the coating at high temperatures — effectively welding the film to the surface. This makes removal nearly impossible. Guangdayuan’s spray-coating-grade aluminum PE protective film features a heat-release adhesive that breaks cleanly after curing. Developed with premium raw materials from Toray and Toyobo, our film withstands 180°C for 30 minutes and peels without residue.

Thickness range: 50μm to 120μm. Width: up to 2000mm. Maximum temperature tolerance: 180°C for 30 minutes. Adhesion after curing: <50g/in for easy removal. The film passes ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification. Produced in our 16,000㎡ automated facility.
