PE white protective film yellows outdoors due to UV radiation and thermal oxidation breaking down polymer chains. Ordinary films lack stabilization additives. Guangdayuan’s anti-yellowing PE white protective film incorporates high-efficiency antioxidants and UV absorbers. Developed through our partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology, these additives scavenge free radicals and block harmful UV light, preserving film whiteness.

Performance Features

Unlike ordinary films that yellow within weeks, Guangdayuan’s anti-yellowing film maintains bright white appearance for six months or more. No color rejection, no customer complaints, no rework. The film also retains flexibility and adhesion throughout outdoor storage.

Guangdayuan‘s anti-yellowing PE white film is engineered for long-term outdoor protection. Product Parameters

Thickness range: 40μm to 120μm. Width: up to 2000mm. Whiteness retention: >95% after 6 months outdoor exposure. UV resistance: tested under accelerated aging (QUV). Adhesion: customizable from 10g/in to 400g/in. The film passes ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification.

Application Range

This anti-yellowing PE white film is widely used for photovoltaic module protection, outdoor building material storage, signage protection, and long-term open-yard warehousing. It serves the solar energy, construction, and transportation industries where outdoor exposure is unavoidable.
