Product Description: This product is a polyethylene (PE) film specially formulated for different types of materials with various surface treatments (such as electrophoresis, anodizing, spraying, etc.). It is processed with a special pressure-sensitive adhesive and has a viscosity range of 20-300g, covering all types of materials for adhesion. The product is characterized by stable quality.
Application Scope: It is mainly used for surface protection of various aluminum alloy profiles, such as electrophoresis materials, spray-coated materials, anodizing and polished materials, plastic profiles, and plastic-steel doors and windows profiles. It protects these surfaces from damage during transportation, storage, and the process of processing and installation.
Product Specifications: Dimensions: (150-2100) mm x (200-1000) m x (0.02-0.20) mm [width * length * thickness]. Peel strength: 30-300g/25mm (can be customized according to the specific condition of the material's surface).
Color Varieties: Transparent, milky (creamy white), blue, black and white. Custom colors can also be made according to customer requirements, samples, or patterns, with up to four colors of text and graphics printable.
